Every year, our awesome manufacturers really step up and give us some great prizes! After nine years, we’ve finally found a giveaway formula that rocks and we’ll be doing the same thing that we did last year: two free giveaways, a children’s only giveaway and our paid raffle with all proceeds going to a great cause which will be announced the day of the event. A separate ticket will be required for each drawing you want to enter, and you must be present to win. Tickets will be available from the OPT info booth located at the north end of the top parking lot.
Here is a schedule of drawing & raffle times. The first two are for adults and teens (13+) and tickets are free. The drawing at 5PM is just for kids ages 3 – 12, and the last event of the day is the SCAE Big Raffle. Tickets for the big raffle only are $2 each (see below).
First Drawing: 12:00pm - Tickets are available from 10am – 11:55am at the OPT ticket booth. Free for adults and teens age 13+. Must be present to win.
Second Drawing: 3:00pm - Tickets are available from 12:30pm – 2:55pm at the OPT ticket booth. Free for adults and teens age 13+. Must be present to win.
Children’s Drawing: 5:00pm- Tickets are available from 10:00am – 4:55pm at the OPT ticket booth. Free to children aged 3 – 12. Must be present to win, and must be accompanied by an adult.
SCAE Big Raffle: 5:30pm – Buy a chance to win one of 16 great prizes! Each ticket costs $2, with a maximum of 10 tickets per prize per customer. See full rules for this raffle below. Tickets will be available until from 10:00am – 4:45pm.
FREE DRAWING RULES:
The free drawings are limited to one ticket per person per drawing. You must be present, with ticket in hand to win. That’s it!
BIG RAFFLE RULES:
There is a limit of 10 tickets per prize per customer.
Customers may buy tickets only once- no exceptions, so please be sure of your choices.
You may win only one prize. We’re trying to spread the love as much as we can!
Unfortunately we’ve had some people spoil the fun in year’s prior, so this year tickets will be connected to the purchaser (not physically!) and we ask that you show your ID when buying your tickets so that we don’t have anyone doubling up. All in the name of making absolutely sure that things are as fair and square as possible.
Full drawing and raffle rules will be available at the OPT Ticket Booth the day of the event. OPT has the right to change the rules or listed prizes at any time, including the day of the event. Unforeseen circumstances do arise, and we need to be flexible!
